Margerie Glacier, Alaska
I took this photo last September while on the Alpha and Omega Alaskan Cruise. A friend graciously provided this trip for Donna and me and while I was colder than I have been in several years, I spent nearly the whole day on the deck as we cruised through Galcier Bay, drinking in the glory of God revealed in creation. This glacier extends 250 feet above sea level and 100 feet below it.

I was able to visit Alaska four years ago with my family and it is simply breathtaking! Thanks for this picture. It brings back some great memories from the last family vacation we had before I left home for college.
ahhh but that glacier used to cover all of alaska! its global warming i say! warming!

I guess it was a Freudian slip! Thanks for the laugh...and the warning to be more careful of my choice of words in the future!
Saw this Glacier myself the last week of May....hasn't changed any.....beautiful country up there that will really make you think about how GREAT our FATHER is!
